Disclaimer & Infringement
How directory information may be used, where our responsibility ends, and how to raise IP or rights concerns.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
This page explains the limits of information published on GPTsMap and how you can contact us if you believe your rights are affected. By using the site, you acknowledge these terms.
1. Nature of the directory
GPTsMap is an independent discovery directory for GPTs, AI tools, and related listings. Pages may include summaries, categories, rankings, ratings, links, and editorial notes. That material is provided for general informational and navigational purposes only. It is not a warranty, endorsement, professional advice, or offer to sell any product or service.
Listing details can change as vendors update their products or as we refresh data. Do not rely solely on public directory pages for irreversible purchasing or business decisions. Always verify critical facts on the vendor's own site or through your own evaluation.
2. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable United States law, GPTsMap is not liable for commercial loss, lost opportunity, or indirect damages arising from reliance on public directory content. We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation. Outages may result from network issues, browser compatibility, hosting incidents, or third-party services.
3. Rights concerns and takedown requests
We respect intellectual property and other legitimate rights. If you believe content on GPTsMap infringes your rights, email [email protected] with as much of the following as possible:
- Your name (or the rights holder you represent) and a working contact method;
- The URL or a precise description of the disputed listing or page;
- Evidence of ownership, exclusive rights, or authorization to act;
- A clear statement of the remedy you are seeking.
When a report is complete enough to investigate, we will review it promptly. Where appropriate, we may edit, delist, or otherwise address the material and may follow up with you. If a listing source disputes the claim with supporting materials, we may reassess before taking final action, consistent with applicable U.S. law (including, where relevant, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
4. Third-party names and linked sites
Product names, trademarks, logos, and linked destinations belong to their respective owners. Mentions on GPTsMap are for identification and discovery only. We are not affiliated with OpenAI or other vendors unless we expressly say so. If a reference or display needs adjustment, contact us through the channel above.
