1. What GPTsMap provides

"GPTsMap" / "we" / "us" refers to the operators of this independent directory. The site helps people discover, compare, and track GPTs and AI tools through listings, categories, rankings, and related pages. Directory content is informational; it does not create a purchase contract with any vendor. Vendor offerings are governed by their own terms.

2. Using the site

You may browse public pages freely. When you contact us, provide accurate contact details and lawful, non-misleading messages. We may add, change, or pause site features as operations require, while trying to minimize disruption to ordinary browsing.

• Use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• Introduce malware, probe or disrupt our systems, or interfere with other users' access;

5. Listings are not transactions

Viewing a listing, ranking, or external link is not a purchase from GPTsMap. Any deal you make with a tool provider is solely between you and that provider.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the directory available but do not warrant continuous or flawless service. To the maximum extent allowed under United States law, GPTsMap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the site. 7. Enforcement

If we detect violations of these Terms or applicable law, we may restrict access, remove related submissions, or pursue other remedies available to us.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where GPTsMap principally operates, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would mandate another forum. Disputes should first be raised by email; if unresolved, courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States may decide the matter, subject to applicable law.
